On behalf of our customers we are looking for an People Operations Officer (m/f/d) at our Bonn area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.
Your Tasks:
- Support in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
- Preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of HR data
- Collaboration on HR projects, policies, and compliance topics
- Providing advice and support to employees and managers
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong English and German communication skills
