On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Sales & Serviceassistant (m/f/d) at our Cologne location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

Support of the sales team in daily business
Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
Preparation of offers, orders and invoices
Maintenance of customer data in CRM systems
Assistance in planning events, fairs and presentations
Coordination with logistics, finance and product management

Your Profile

Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
First experience in sales assistance or customer service desirable
Very good English skills, German knowledge advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Structured, service-oriented and reliable working style
