On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in the greater Cologne area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your tasks

Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to contract signing
Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via online platforms and networks
Conducting telephone and video interviews as well as candidate assessments
Advising managers on recruiting strategies and labor market trends
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool
Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives

Your profile

Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management or similar
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in an international environment
Excellent English skills, German skills advantageous
Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong communication, organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
