On behalf of our customers, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the sales office in the Bonn area as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for checking orders, checking contracts and the current terms and conditions
Personal responsibility for order processing and general tasks in the sales office
Collaboration in the preparation of offers and order verification, issuing of invoices and delivery bills
Interface between departments and customers
Thorough article and customer data maintenance into the ERP system

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial vocational training as merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable university studies
First work experience in the sales office
Good written and spoken English skills required
Confident handling of the MS Office packages, knowledge of ERP would also be an advantage
Customer- and service-oriented working methods as well as organizational talent and team spirit
