On behalf of our customers we are looking for an People Operations Officer (m/f/d) at our Bonn area as part of our service of direct personnel placement.

Your Tasks:

Support in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
Preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of HR data
Collaboration on HR projects, policies, and compliance topics

Providing advice and support to employees and managers

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR operations or a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Strong English and German communication skills
