Customer Care Representative (m/f) - Cologne

For our client we are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative (m/f) in Cologne.

Job Description:

  • Handle national and international customers enquiries by phone & email
  • Process orders and request in ERP and CRM databases
  • Provide close support to customer to identify containment actions and find root causes
  • Initiate debits/credits in line with company policies
  • Make recommendations to improve overall team efficiency

Profile of qualifications:

  • Business apprenticeship or first working experience in a customer environment
  • Fluent English and German is a must as well as Polish or Spanish
  • Knowledge of a further European language, e.g. Italian or Portuguese would be an asset
  • MS-Office and CRM working experience
  • Strong service orientation
