For our client we are currently looking for an Employee (m/f) in the international Customer Service in the city of Cologne.

Job Description:

Field national and international incoming calls or email
Execute customer enquiries
Handle customer complaints and provide custom-tailored solutions
Process orders and request in ERP and CRM databases
Data management of the master file data

Profile of qualifications:

Business apprenticeship or first working experience in a customer environment
Fluent knowledge of the English and German language is a must
Experience with well-established MS-Office program
Strong service orientation as well as superior communication skills
Capacity for teamwork and great commitment
